The fifth- season of This is us is getting ready to be launched very soon. The fans have reason to celebrate the return of their fabulous siblings reuniting again. The drama series created by NBC Entertainment has released a two-minute clip unveiling the big news ahead for season five.
Last Friday, on 23rd of October, NBC posted on Twitter the scene from the two-hour premiere episode released on October 27th in which Kevin (Justin Hartley), goes to Kate (Chrissy Metz) and Toby’s house and breaks the news that he and Madison are expecting twins.
Toby freaks out, and Kate takes time to process the story as you can see in the teaser below:
The episode also shows the characters practising social distancing against the coronavirus. Kevin wears a mask and his relatives hug themselves because they can’t hug each other (They keep a distance of 2 metres), in celebration for the arrival of the new members of the Pearson family. According to the series creator Dan Fogelman, the season 5 will explore and attack the Covid- pandemic “head-on” and the “new normal world”.
“This Is Us” stars Milo Ventimiglia, Mandy Moore, Sterling K. Brown, Chrissy Metz, Justin Hartley, Chris Sullivan and Susan Kelechi Watson as members of the Pearson family across several generations. The drama series has been nominated for five Emmy awards, including three nods for outstanding drama series.
The premiere date is set on Tuesday, October 27, at 9 p.m. E.T.
