The 90s has an especial taste for the fans of the cinema industry. I would dare to say that it can be considered the contemporary Golden Age of the Seventh Art. We lived through a massive technological development which provided great support for the creative and bold minds, to take risk and modernise the cinematography area. As a result, they produced unforgettable masterpieces. Also, the decade emerged with new stars, for instance, Quentin Tarantino, Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon and Brad Pitt.

Titanic, Romeo and Juliet, Pulp Fiction and The Bodyguard are examples of released blockbusters which helped Hollywood and other production companies to make a lot of profit. Titanic earned $2.2 billion around the world, becoming one of the most profitable movies ever.

Also, it’s important to highlight that the soundtracks of most movies were fabulous and became classic songs for the 90’s young generation which I was a part of. That`s the reason I’ve decided to create a list of the 20 best film soundtracks of the 90’s, in my humble opinion.
