Entertainment Weekly has released the first official trailer for The CW’s “Superman and Lois” series, starring Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch as the titular couple. Yes, the CW released a teaser for the forthcoming drama a few weeks ago, but this is the spot contains approximately 95 per cent more footage and gives a better sense of what you can expect from the show, including footage of the titular duo and their children, as well as other supporting characters like Emmanuelle Chriqui’s Lana Lang-Cushing.
Full details on “Superman and Lois” are being kept under wraps. The series is described as “revolving around the world’s most famous superhero and comics’ most famous journalist as they deal with all the stress, pressures and complexities that come with being working parents in today’s society.”
Written by The Flash’s Todd Helbing, the series will be executive produced by Helbing, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, and Geoff Johns.
