Saban Films has released the trailer of its upcoming movie “Love, Weddings and other Disasters”, the romantic comedy that stars the legendary Diane Keaton and Jeremy Irons. The movie was directed by Dennis Dugan who also is responsible for the screenplay alongside Eileen Coon and Larry Miller.
“Love, Weddings & Other Disasters” is centred on wedding planners who have the mission to create the perfect day for a loving couple — while their own relationships are outlandish, odd, crazy and far from an example of perfection.
Dennis Dugan is one of the most successful comedy directors of his generation. His portfolio has many successes and modern classics such as ‘Big Daddy’, ‘Happy Gilmore’ and ‘Grown Ups’.
Keaton was last seen in “Book Club” and “Poms.” Irons starred in “Red Sparrow” and in HBO’s “Watchmen”. The veteran Hollywood artists play a pair-matched on a blind date who find themselves falling unexpectedly in love. Irons’ plays a fussy celebrity caterer, while Keaton’s character is visually impaired.
The movie stars Maggie Grace, Diego Boneta and Andrew Bachelor as well.
“Love, Weddings & Other Disasters” is in theatres and On Demand on the 4th of December in The United States. There is no word on when or who will release this in the UK & Ireland.
